Questions people ask before upgrading
What is the difference between regular and advanced models?
Regular models are fast and cost us nothing to run, so they are metered by a simple monthly count. Advanced models — Claude, GPT, Gemini and the Thinking versions — cost real money per reply, so they spend credits, and a heavier model spends more of them.
What happens when I run out?
Nothing is charged automatically. On the free plan, regular replies pause until your period resets; paid plans have no cap on regular replies at all. When advanced credits run out you keep writing with the regular models.
Can I change or cancel my plan?
Yes, at any time from your billing page. An upgrade applies immediately; a cancellation keeps your plan running until the period you already paid for ends.
How does team billing work?
One subscription for the whole team, at the same price as an individual plan. Everyone who accepts your invitation shares the account's plan, allowances and referral bonuses — a member's invites credit the team too. Someone who already pays for a better personal plan simply keeps it.
Do I need a card to start?
No. The free plan needs an account and nothing else, and it does not expire — your allowance resets every period.
Which browsers and devices are supported?
The extension runs in Chrome, Edge and Brave. Everything also works in the web app, which installs to a phone home screen like an app.
