About

A writing assistant for the messages you already send

AI Reply Writer reads the conversation in front of you and drafts a reply in your words — inside Gmail, WhatsApp, LinkedIn, Instagram and 18 more sites, or here in the web app. You edit it, you send it. It never sends anything on your behalf.

Two ways to use it

The same assistant, in the place that suits the work.

The browser extension

An AI button appears inside the composer you are already typing in. No copying, no switching tabs, no pasting a thread into a chatbot and pasting the answer back.

The web app

A full workspace at aireplywriter.com — write and refine replies, posts and comments, upload files, keep projects apart, and talk to it by voice. Nothing to install.

What it actually does

Everything below is in the product today.

Replies that fit the conversation

Reads the whole thread

Not just the empty box — the messages above it, who said what, and what is still unanswered. A burst of three questions gets one reply covering all three.

Sees the picture and the video

On a photo, a reel or a review with an attachment, the model looks at the thing being discussed instead of writing blind about it.

Knows who you are answering

Replying to a specific comment reads differently from leaving a top-level one, and the draft reflects which you are doing.

Reads your attachments

An invoice, a contract, a screenshot of the bug — the file on the email is part of what the reply is about, so it is read rather than ignored.

It sounds like you, not like a bot

Tell it about you once

Your name, your role, what you sell and how you talk. Every reply after that is written from that context instead of from nothing.

Tone and length, per reply

Professional, friendly, casual, straightforward, formal or enthusiastic — short, medium or long. Set per message, not locked to your account.

It remembers

What you explained earlier carries forward, so you are not re-describing your product in every conversation.

Speak instead of typing

Dictate the gist out loud and let it write the finished message.

More than replies

Write the original post too

Posts, articles, answers, questions, captions, pins and video descriptions — with topic ideas first when you only have a keyword.

Answer your reviews

On Google Business and Trustpilot it writes as the owner: thanks a happy customer for the thing they actually mentioned, and answers a bad review without sounding defensive.

Refine without starting over

Regenerate, shorten, or give it a one-line instruction and let it rewrite around that.

Projects keep work apart

Group chats, files and standing instructions per client or product, so context never leaks between them.

Every top model, one subscription

Gemini, GPT and Claude

Including Claude Sonnet and Opus. One plan covers them all — no separate accounts, no separate bills.

Switch mid-conversation

Use a fast model for a quick acknowledgement and a stronger one for the reply that matters, in the same thread.

No keys to configure

Provider keys and limits live on our server, never in your browser. Nothing to set up, nothing to leak.

76 languages

Write in yours, reply in theirs

Seventy-six languages including English (UK), English (US), Portuguese (Portugal), Portuguese (Brazil), Urdu, Arabic, Hindi and Chinese — with right-to-left handled properly.

It follows the thread

A message written in Spanish gets an answer in Spanish, without you telling it so.

You stay in control

It never sends anything

Every draft lands in your composer for you to read, change and send. There is no autopilot and no scheduled posting.

A check before you send

It warns you when a draft offers money, promises a date, sounds hostile in public, or gives out someone else’s details. It never changes the reply — you decide.

Your inbox stays yours

The extension has no Gmail API access and no OAuth scopes. It reads the page you are looking at, the way any site extension does.

How it works

Getting started takes under a minute

1

Add the extension

Install AI Reply Writer for Chrome and sign in. That is the whole setup.

2

Click AI Reply

Open any composer — an email, a DM, a comment — and hit the AI button. It reads the context and drafts a reply.

3

Tweak & send

Love it as-is or refine with a quick instruction, then post. You stay in control of every word.

Why we ask you to sign in with Google

Signing in with Google is only used to create and identify your AI Reply Writer account. We request your name, email address and profile picture — nothing else. We never read, send or store your Gmail messages through Google’s APIs, and we never sell your data or share it with advertisers.

AI Reply Writer is a writing assistant for the messages you already send. It works inside Gmail, Outlook, WhatsApp, LinkedIn, Instagram and 20+ other sites, reading the conversation you are looking at and drafting a reply in your own words — which you then edit and send yourself. It never sends anything on your behalf.

You can also use it here on the web, without the extension, to write and refine replies, posts and comments in any of 76 languages.
